Different size binder clips are great for holding down pages, so they don't curl when you spray.

I don`t know about all you crafters out there but I am addicted to finding textures for stamping. Nothing, and mean nothing is safe from me... Somehow I have more fun finding out new ideas for stamping than actually crafting with them - How weird is that? LOL !!! Thanks for another inspiring video :)))

Yeah it will be neat to get people to guess the source of the stencil. They will never guess its from the sole of your shoes!

If you cover the paper with packing tape before you cut it or used it the stencil lasts longer.

this is great! I'm all about finding cheaper ways to accomplish things. stencils and stamps are crazy expensive.

I've bought flip flops on clearance for 50 cents, cut them up and used for stamps. You can find lots of different patterns and sales when they start their summer clearances.

Thank you for letting me know you got the trivet @ Walmart. I've been looking for a honeycomb pattern. I have a trivet that has great lines but not in that pattern. Yeah. I don't usually go to Walmart because it's way out of my way. Flip-flop stamps - awesome! Some of those shoes might be better with acrylics. I cover my paper stencils with cheap Dollar Tree packing tape. It's really thin but makes the paper nonporous so the stencil lasts longer. I'll have to try the folding technique next time but I think that would still fold OK. What's the link to the FB page?
@Kagedfish8 жыл бұрын
+Ashs Vision great idea to cover paper with tape so it lasts longer!! I will have to share that if you don't mind. the facebook link is facebook.com/groups/1689320918002382/ . the group is called Art Experiments if the link doesn't work.

+Kagedfish Share away. It's not my invention. I heard about it on Terry Sproul's YT channel. Her & Pink Poodle Crafts were the 1st channels I started watching on arts & crafts. I just used the really cheap kind because it was cheap but while watching you do the folding technique I thought because it's so thin it might not interfere with the ability to fold, or at least be able to do some folds. I'll have to play around with it. Thank for the FB link. I always like places I can hear about new ideas & ways of doing things. Sent my friend request.
