YOU sir are a TRUE DIY of another level. I have watched alot of DIY videos over the years.. and i Subscribed when i got to the end of the video.. for a DIY Fence.. ON a DIY Table..With a DIY drill press..with a DIY Drill from a grinder..With a DIY bench vise and a DIY Knob and a DIY Punch. I was very, very impressed. Thank you for sharing.

Собираюсь каретку переделывать. У вас наиболее простая и надежная. Буду делать такую. Паралельность пиле только почетче нужно выставлять и под барашек потолше шайбу, что бы лучше закручивать. А в общем толковую вещь изобрели, спасибо за науку.

I built this fence with the wood and plywood I had. I could not make it work. It is not locking! When I two's the round button ( looks like a floret) it pulls the back piece and the back piece just bends slowly, so no pressure gets to the locking mechanism. Your video shows it work very nicely.

This is strange because my fence works perfectly! I say this, not because I’m advertising my video - it’s really so. I can suggest several reasons: - maybe the back gauge is too thin and bends under load? - small diameter of the threaded rod (less than in the drawing)? - the back stop does not rest against the base (see sheet 5 of the drawing mazaydiy.com/plans/table-saw-fence.pdf) ? He must rest against the end of the table - is the hole in the rear stop too large (see sheet 11 of the drawing)? - try tightening the nut harder, see 06:11 - check the drawing again, maybe you missed something If none of the reasons fits, then you can take photos and upload to imgur, take a photo here, I will try to help you!

Я не специалист по циркуляркам, но что-то подобное хочу сделать на свою бюджетную.)) На сколько я понимаю, параллельность позиционируется при прижатии? Просто при передвижении упор люфтит? Способ изготовления барашка понравился.))

Greetings, Zafar. As you call the bench grinder, it's just a piece of chipboard with pieces of sandpaper of different grit glued on. Plus my little jig for chisels sharpening - mazaydiy.com/chisel-sharpening-jig/ Bevel angle for a plane blade - 25 degrees

Hi, I dont know what I'm doing wrong here, but I cant get this too stay firm on my bandsaw (yes I know this is for tablesaw..) what to do? I think I have tried everything. One thing on my bandsaw, the edge under is a little bendt, could that do it?

Добрый! Не заметил ни истирания, ни набухания торцов. Ламинированная фанера устойчива к влаге. Насчет ПВА даже не задумывался, я обошелся без этого

Усилия зажима и при существующем расположении вполне достаточно, даже с запасом. При этом, если опустить ось шпильки, то будет неудобно крутить ручку.
