Awesome, I have not ever seen anyone using mags , I thought that was my idea, LOL. I have a load of stuff I have made. Funny you mentioned elsinore, I have an 81. my MX400b has no dents, it;s cherry. I have a pair of old school xt's and one of those needs tank work yet. I have been collecting barn find thumpers for a long while now always thinking that I will switch to this after I am done with vintage car audio, I have been doing that for over 22 years now. I have even thought of maybe starting my own channel since the collection of bikes I have so far could keep ,e going for several years. I have just subscribed. Thanks for these vids man.

Try doing it without a hole, at the back of the tank, and the inlet to the tank has a lip an inch wide, running down inside.

Is it possible for me to drill holes in my fuel tank for dent pulling / pushing, then weld them up afterward?

Dude! Great video!!! I'm smiling my a%%ss off! This is like Joe Pesci working on a tank! Or maybe a Sopranos character! I'm sitting here in suspense wondering when someone gonna whack!!

Isn't the gas going to leak out of the hole?

How do you fix the hole you made?
@Drottninggatan20172 жыл бұрын
Leave it. Saves you the trouble of making a new hole for the next dent. Just don't fill the tank to the top.

instead of making a hole....just bring it to body repair guys and have the dent pulled out using their tool.....but for that small dent, just fill it with bondo
