WOW unlimited Tinapa!!!
I am truly grateful that I love cooking. Over the many years that I am into cooking, baking and serving food, I have gained and acquired lots of cooking skills and techniques by experience and by watching other people cook.
In addition, I am also thankful for the cooking equipment and gadgets that I have. These made my cooking easy and it seems that all dishes are doable. The only downside is the weather because I am now in Canada. The winter season somewhat restrained me from cooking outdoors specifically making smoked fish (our favourite tinapa). Thus, during summer and fall, I prepare and store TINAPA for the cold winter months so we can still have the ever tasty and delicious SMOKED SARDINES at any time of the day for all seasons- UNLIMITED!
The video will show you how to make smoked sardines at the comfort of your home (inside and outside).
In the future, I am excited to prepare dishes like Tinapa Rice, Pancit Palabok, Lumpia, and more. Do you know of other dishes made with tinapa? Let me know.
I hope you will watch the video from start to end. BTW, the list of ingredients used is shown below and, in the video, as well.
If you have questions, comments, or suggestions on the video, please feel free to write them in the comment section. I will dutifully answer and acknowledge them for you.
