Hey Charlie! Love your channel and have made your cakes for my family and friends. They have had bang-on-the-table moments after tasting. Thank you for sharing and the inspo. Baking tip - turn the plate of your springform pan over and use a piece of parchment when closing it. The cake sits in the well and you have to dig under there to get it out, possibly breaking your crust. Turning the plate over gives you a flat surface that the cake just slides off off when you remove the ring. Makes it easier to transfer to a serving p!ate or cake board.

Excellent. I'm a novice home cook and have experimented with many different types and flavors of cheesecake. I will be adding this recipe to my archives! If I may be so bold as to make a couple suggestions that have helped bring my cheesecakes to a new level: Use vanilla paste rather than extract. Also, I've found that when wanting to switch up the standard graham cracker crust for something different, Goya brand "Maria" cookies are outstanding. There's also a chocolate version for chocolate crusts.

This morning I whipped up some cream and had a piece - OMG, Charlie, this is one of the best cheesecakes I have ever eaten in my life and certainly the best one I have ever made.
