Great Recipe! I thought my batter was too thin, but it worked out well. I also realized I have to add more batter to the iron to make them thicker. On high, about 6 minutes, they came out big and fluffy. Really easy! I also added chopped pecans and chocolate chips. fantastic!

to make your life easier: 250g all purpose flour 3g salt 8g baking powder 2 eggs seperated 45g sugar (add to the egg yolk) 5g vanilla extract 45g melted butter 240ml milk add the flour mixture another 240ml milk whip egg whites fold them in the batter
