Looks like that worked real good on those wasp. When I was a kid I’d try and knock down a wasp nest so I could use the larva as fish bait. After a couple of stings I went back to digging worms in the sink drain lol

Duke that was a lot of wasp. Glad you got them before they got you. We have the same problem around here. I use a garden sprayer to spray ours. Have a Blessed Day Friend. Justin

Howdy Brother Duke- now that’s the way to git rid of them rascals. I got some in the tongue of my wood hauling trailer. That cold snap took care of the garden. Nothing but turnip greens left. Hope y’all are doing well down there. God bless y’all

Wow that's a lot of wasps. I'd make a super sized wasp sprayer from a pressurized weed sprayer. I also heard that if you leave a fake nest in place of where they were, that would deter them from coming back. Because they're territorial. I don't know how true that is though. I was detecting in the woods the other day. There was a little 2 foot long, maybe 8 inch round rotten log laying on the ground. I kicked it aside and underneath it in the ground was a yellowjacket nest. As soon as the log rolled I saw the white paper I knew I was in trouble. So I just turned and ran as fast as I could for about 30 yards. Only one managed to land on me but it landed on my kneepad and was stinging that instead of me. Man I got lucky because there was at least 100 of them came pouring out of that nest.

I haven't been successful with dishsoap insect killer in the past. Next season, I will try the recipe you are using.
