HOMEMADE WENDY'S FROSTY, HAMBURGERS, & HAIRCUTS!

Hey family!!! In today's video it's Friday and we are grilling some burgers & hot dogs, the guys are getting haircuts, and we make a Homemade Wendy's Frosty!

Frosty Recipe:
What you'll need:
Electric Ice Cream Maker
Bag of Ice
Rock Salt
Ingredients:
1/2 gallon chocolate milk
1/2 gallon whole milk ( you probably won't be able to fit all of this.)
1/4 cup sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Put all ingredients into the ice cream maker and mix well. Layer rock salt and ice around the outside and let it churn for at least 20 minutes. You can wait until the ice cream maker stops itself, but we usually stop it around 20-25 minutes because that's where it's at the consistency that we like.

One of the best parts about watching them is the friendship between Fallon and Titus. They care about each other on multiple levels, and it makes me think of the scriptures, "him whom my soul loveth." It's just a joy and a blessing to watch.

Reminds me of summer at Grandma S’s farm - after helping snap beans and shucking corn, us grandkids had the treat of taking turns hand churning the ice cream maker. How delicious - we all loved it.

I use barkeepers friend on my stove top. It is the best I have found. Get a sponge with green scrubber on other side

Ahhhh hair cut day! I've been cutting my mens hair for... ever... and it's just nice to watch that transformation lol. We had tacos Saturday and salmon tonight... but grilling hamburgers is something we love to do this time of year. It always feels kinda like a celebration.

Yummy Frosty's!! I like to buy mine stick it in the freezer for a few hours or more. Taste like old fashion ice milk!

Tip: To clean your smooth glasstop stove, use one of those green scrubbies. It's coarser than a dishtowel and you don't have to scrub as hard. The kit I bought for my stove came with one, but you can buy the green scrubbies at Walmart, etc.

Yum! Homemade ice cream 🍦. We made homemade ice cream every week during the summer years ago when my boys were young! I grew up with the hand-crank ice cream maker! Whew! That’s a lot of hair cuts! I only cut my husband’s hair and it takes a while! I bet you are exhausted! You have so much energy! I wish I had half of your energy!

If you use a razor blade it comes right off. There are tools made just for flat top stoves. The razor blade doesn’t scratch the stove if you scrape at the right angle.

A single edge razor blade ( they make them in a handle) gets most all the stuck on gunk on the stovetop and it doesn’t hurt it. I use that then that cleaner.

I use a Mr Clean sponge or really its the GV brand on my flat top range. It cleans it pretty good. Love your rocking chairs. You two are so cute!

Wish I could like this vlog a 100 times! Y’all are just so cute! I love cleaning the stove top too with that stuff it is kinda fun. Maybe someone else already said this but I was told once you squirt the stuff on turn the burner on for a few seconds then off before you scrub and it helps the burnt on stuff come off easier. It does seem to help! Thanks again for your videos they just bring a smile to my face 💜

Falon, I’ve had a glass top for years, and here’s how I clean it. Squirt cleaner all over, take my fingers and swipe it into a thin layer all over stains, wait a few minutes, and then I use a plastic scrubby to uh...scrub. 😆 I sometimes sprinkle on some baking soda if the stains are bad. Don’t have to use as much elbow grease this way. Or, forget what I said and find a way to make Titus clean the stovetop 😃 Oh, and I’ve been wondering if the new “spray on” Dawn will work better, will have to try and let you know.

I love cleaning my stove i do not have a flat top I have the traditional stove eyes but there is something so satisfying in cleaning and scrubbing the grime away. Also re grilling- any tips for a girl trying to perfect charcoal grilling ( I can't hardly get mine lit and hot enough to cook hot dogs) I have just a basic charcoal grill. We got it becuase of the Derecho that hit here last year. ( all my dinners take at least an hour or more to cook if I grill) how do i get the charcoal lit and get it to stay hot??? :)

Oh my goodness I always would shave my dads hair and trim his eyebrows in the warmer months. Well one time I was trimming his eyebrows after shaving his hair and he fell asleep. When he fell asleep his head nodded forward I was in mid trim on an eyebrow and I accidentally shaved half his eyebrow off. Now this happened about 15 years ago and we all still laugh about it all these years later🤣😂
