Homemade Wonton Soup!

Its freezing cold today and I am craving for some Chinese soup, so I decide to make Wonton soup. So stay with me and let's cook some Wonton Soup.
Ingredients you need for this recipe:
500 g ground pork
150 g chopped prawns
Chopped spring onions
Ginger
Wonton wrapper
A pinch of salt and pepper
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 stalk finely chopped celery (optional)
1 small finely chopped carrots (optional)
To make the soup:
Chicken stock (For this I used pure chicken broth)
Sliced ginger
Chopped spring onions
Chopped tomatoes (optional)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
pepper
Method:
1. Grate some ginger and combine all the ingredients. Mix well until all the ingredients are well incorporated and the texture should be sticky.
2. Once the meat is ready, start wrapping. Please watch the video on how to wrap the Wonton.
3. To make the soup: Boil the chicken stock and add the tomatoes, ginger, dark and light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil and pepper. Boil for about 3 minutes then add in the spring onions.
4. Once the soup is boiling add in the wonton and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
5. You can also freeze the rest of the wonton if you don't cook them all.
