I would like you to try something... i know its weird but ive had a lot of success with it myself. Agedashi tofu as a type of american style breakfast item. like french toast sticks. ive done it with maple syrup and lemon juice and powdered sugar but eventually the bean taste comes back. Maybe you'd have some ideas to take the bean taste away more?
