I really want to see this when it's finished ,it's gorgeous and so unique ,I would stay there and the rent is very very reasonable for sure .I wish I could find out how to see it when it's all done .

be careful with tenants they can cause you problems and this will cause you to sell the property on

It's hard to judge without seeing it in person. Could it have been better apportioned? I think the sleek modern kitchens don't sit well in the unique space. It needs a more artistic eye.
