i watch this series with interest, many of the homes are bought in the North of England and Wales, i live in the south of England and comparing the property prices it is so cheap in the North and Wales and for first time buyers and young families they are very lucky as they can get a two bedroom house where as in my area they would be lucky to find a studio flat for the same price.
