Phil and Kirsty were amazing how they put in the extra effort to find out information, and help sort the parking space issue. They went the second mile, and are so great.

I really feel for this buyer. I’m now recovering from hip surgery and using the same kind of crutches that she does. It’s definitely a hardship moving around. The parking for her was rightfully so incredibly important. The flat is lovely and having neighbourhood shops nearby is a major bonus as well. I hope it all worked out for her!!

Yes! I saw that and thought that Phil must have directed this episode. He has such a sneaky cheeky (pardon the expression), sly sense of humour, especially when gays are on the show - he gets little snarky comments in with such smooth delivery that you could miss it if you didn't realize he's always taking the piss out of homosexuals.

It has been 15 years since I was in London but do they not have disabled parking plaques and parking spaces? In my neighborhood in the States, you can apply for a disabled parking only marker on the street outside your home if you qualify.
@kateleblanc6042 жыл бұрын
I would think the "council" would have been much more accommodating about the off street parking due to her limited mobility. Do they not have handicap parking in England?

So I was wondering if the parking was stipulated as a nonnegotiable for her and the offer? What I mean by that is, if she could not have gotten the parking she could’ve backed out of the deal? Or is this something you just have to take a chance on in the UK? I’m not sure there’s a definitive answer, but I just thought if anyone knew I would be interested. My son is in a wheelchair and so parking would be Paramont to any particular move of ours, as it really was for her as well. So just curious.

It's just about the entertainment. No doubt Phil gets it, and he's surely more than capable of dealing with whatever she gets up to. I'm sure that for the most part, they both have fun teasing each other. Good entertainment has to have some sort of 'tension' to resolve to.
