Please do not compare an apple to a banana. 🙄 honestly bank loan interest in the Philippines can range from 8% up to 20%. In the US with good credit bank loan can be from 3-5%. There’s no such thing as credit history when you loan from the bank in the Philippines. The bank interest in PH will kill you.
