Malamang po ung 5.6m cost nya, syempre walang archi fee kasi sarili na nya. Alam na nila sources ng raw mat and supplies so wala nadin syang ipapataong kasi nga self project ito, if contractor dn sya. And malamang mukhang settled na sila so thia house wouldve been done for a while now, most probably before the surge in construction material costs. So to be safe, manage expectations po tayo. Estimate lang 5.6m Lets say 20% sa inflated mat cost =1.1m + 10%arch fee =560k More or less pag gagawin niya yan for ibang tao minimum 7.2 m Pero syempre di naman kayo magkapamilya para gawin nila ng walang fee ung contractor service nila if ever diba? So expect another atleast 10-20% on top as profit ng company nila... Safe bet cguro 8-9m without lot...😅

Ang ganda ng bahay na ito. Type ko lahat, design, floor plan, color, at texture. Lahat ng features ng bahay na ito ay ginawa ko rin sa bahay ko especially high ceiling, ventilation, at may garden sa side. Dapat talaga ganito ang mga bahay sa Pilipinas para hindi mainit at comfortable.

It's incredible to have a very maximized space, lots of greenery, doesn't show cramped, everything was calculated for only 5.6M That price still beats those in 15M+ that were featured in these realty youtube pages

Your parents must be very proud of you. Not a lot of people can achieve this milestone. I love how every detail of the house was well thought of. Cross ventilation is a very good concept in a tropical country like ours. The flow or interconnectivity from the garage, clean kitchen, living area until the side garden was executed very well...Congratulations and more power!

Side garden is a brilliant ideas! . Instead dirty kitchen, we call it wet kitchen for preparing ingredients and cooking, and dry kitchen for non fired cooking food and serving purposes.

First, I'd like to admire how loving and family oriented you are. Imagine having this house for your family--they must be so proud. Feel ko everytime nasa bahay sila maaalala nila kung gano mo sila ka love. This house is super elegant, tinitignan ko yung corners and sobrang well coordinated nung mga ornaments and decorations. Sobrang ganda din nung choices mo sa plants, and yung honeycomb lights sobrang gandaaaa! Yung dirty kitchen and laundry ang ganda, not to mention yung space kung san pwedeng i hang yung clothes is halatang pinagplanuhan.
