I always love all the goodies, and find, and books you share! I have an 8 yr old daughter and she loved all the games and activity books. I really don’t like much when books, toys and games add the age group to them. It stops and discourage some great finds and memories to be made! Since my daughter is 8 she’s more aware of these details and shies away even when she likes it or is interested. I just assured her that as long as it is good and beautiful and safe we can feel free to enjoy our likes. Thank you so so much for the world watch code! Pretty please do more five in a row videos! Specifically how to fit it into an already full school day! For example, do you count it in place of other subjects, such as science, history, etc? Doing all subjects with my 4 kids (5-12) is already stressful and time consuming. I LOVE FIAR but can't figure out how to make time for it! We loved Balloons over Broadway last year in November!

Thank you for the World Watch code! I’ve been interested in trying it so this will be the perfect nudge to try it. As someone whose child was learning skip counting and using bead chains from Primary, I can safely say that some children just struggle with memorizing multiplication facts. Over the years, multiple teachers did the timed tests until time goals were met, but then every year it was like we started over. 2020 had me trying all sorts of methods, but in the end the timed tests were best - we just had to keep doing them daily for what felt like forever.

I also have a kindergarten age daughter and I would be interested in a video about the CM math. My second grader is not loving math right now, so perhaps, a more gentle approach might be the way to go.

I'm 51 and of the OG pen fanatics!!! LOL. Those PM flairs are awesome. They may be pricey, but they last over a year....so worth it!!! I also recently discovered the Fudenosuke pen. It weoted on top of any art medium. Plus it just writes well. Thanks for sharing what you love!!!

Question about the nature journaling book! What do you use as nature journal? John Muir Laws has a free video series on KZbin about nature journaling and right on the first one he describes such a unicorn with his criteria of what makes a good nature journal that I stopped right then and there. I tried to find that unicorn and couldn't. And since my kids watched the video with me, my oldest who is very particular wanted nothing short of the perfect journal John described. So we don't nature journal.
