While I’m not a mom (yet) I still enjoy watching your homeschool curriculum videos. I feel that they give me wisdom and knowledge for the future as our plan is to homeschool our future children. P.S. The wall color you chose turned out amazing! You guys have really made that house into a home.

I was a September baby too. I didn't go to Kindergarten until I had turned six. That's back in the days when Kindergarten was only half a day!

We use Bookshark the secular version of Sonlight. We love this curriculum. To hold myself accountable on the timeline I highlight it just like I do when we finish an item on the schedule. 😅 This way I actually do it. I have used BookShark every year since kindergarten and we just started 5th grade. 😮 This curriculum does repeat the materials quite a bit year after year and it does help the kiddos retain the materials. You WILL enjoy looking back at the timeline as the years go by. (Full disclosure as I fill it in each year I always come across something I don't remember teaching 😂)

I used Sonlight from preschool to 6th grade then took a break. We went back to Sonlight this last year and used HBL E and J. Next year we will use HBL B , F and 100. We use a different language arts and science.

The Discoverer's Bible was moved to Core C. There is a new book for the bible portion in the updated Core D.
