Yes the cost can be relative. We moved to Canada so education is Free but if they go to trad school we need to account clothes (esp Winter clothes), baon, extracurricular fees & donation. With homeschooling we get reimbursed about $900 per student so that’s $2700 for my 3 children. We can buy printer, ink / toner, laptop, binoculars, STEM kits, Lego, and books. We have been homeschooling for 5 yrs. I salute you for doing this! 😊 I agree with all your reasons! I have the same reasons. I am thankful we have options these days. I would have wanted to be homeschooled too! Kaya alam ko pwedeng sa mga anak ko na lang gawin. My 3 kids are much closer and healthier - they don’t get sick.

We love CM method too! Best method ever! Would love to see Philip doing narration on ur next videos. Still looking into OLL but hopefully we will be with them next year as we enrolled early with our current provider.

Homeschooling is pretty hard specially if you are not used to teach, but I think God made mothers to be so flexible that we can do certain things when needed 🙂😊

Is the homeschool program of Our Living Learning DepED-recognized and accredited? question po..you mentioned about philip's season, that he isnt ready to go to school. being pro homeschooling, you are very supportive of it. you also mentioned all the beenfits of homeschooling, from bonding, flexibility, low cost, values, academics etc -which i totally agree with. what if po, philip was the other way, he would love to go to school yet yourr heart is homeschooling. you are an advocate of homeschoolign and you mentioned quite a few disadvantages of dtandard school like they dont teach values etc. would u still send philip to school if it was his "season" to want to go to school?

or what if philip is still philip but your little one manu turns out the opposite? he likes attending school..would u send him whil philip homeschools? manu misses out on benefits of homeschooling that philip gets?

Good question but before I answer, let me correct lang that I never said that schools don’t teach values. They actually do but this may be aligned or not aligned with your own as a family. Now to answer your question, if at any point I feel like my children would rather go to a school instead of just learn at home, of course I would let them! The choice is really one informed by what’s best for everyone involved in the schooling. Hindi pwedeng gusto ko lang ang considered
