My husband has/had RA. Clean eating (fairly gluten free and low sugar & carb, whole foods) exercise, and several years of Humira and he’s now in remission and currently not taking anything. Of course, I can’t say what did it, but I strongly feel that combo is what helped him. I pass that along to anybody I meet who has an autoimmune issue.

Thank you for your videos!! I'm not sure if you're willing to answer these health questions but I think I have something similar to you but no diagnosis yet, I've done alot of different tests and wondered if you did lumbar puncture also? I started with numbness but now it's mostly pain on my feet and sometimes my arms or hands. I find it so difficult to homeschool only bc my kids are young and I can't take them out as often as I'd like to.

Hi! I'm not sure what that is, so no I don't do that. I'm sorry you're struggling, I've been there many days myself. I control my autoimmune diseases through the AIP (autoimmune protocol) diet and a biologic. It's a 50/50 thing and I have to have both to make things work for me, but it helps me retain a sort of "normal" state.

We are probably always going to be on a lower budget on what we can afford to spend for curriculum purposes unfortunately so I was thinking of using Masterbooks with my kid. What are your thoughts on Masterbooks, and do you think he can get a solid education experience if we use it with him?

@@StarKirtman my husband is military, so I get it. We’re a one income military family so everything is low budget and second hand for me. I used them before and have no issues with them, but I prefer Generations. They are low budget as well and have amazing sales.
