Phenotype( physical appearance) will be black hair because according to Law of Dominance, dominant gene expresses itself in the progeny. Hence the person will have black hair. Ans:he will get black hair Let BB be the genotype for black hair and bb be the genotype of red hair Then in f1 generation we get Bb as the genotype for all 4 . Therefore the B is dominant and the child will get black hair

Homework Question Answer Black Hair X Red Hair - Phenotype BB X bb - Genotype B B b b - Gametes Bb Bb Bb Bb - F1 generation. ANSWER - Since the dominant allele 'B' is present in all 4 alleles, The hair color of the person will be black hair, which he/she got from his/her father who has the dominant trait of black hair.

Recently I got to know that unlike previous years they are giving questions based on thinking skill not about memorizing skill. So be well aware. If required write those case wise. Yes you can tell in general its homozygous condition
