"ill" is an adjective if you use it before health, not a prefix. We don't write ill and health together (illhealth×). "ill" is not a prefix for health. Hope this will help you. Kind regards

Didn't I mention that these are some helpful tips, not rules? You may find many words that don't follow these patterns but you'll find the majority of words that do follow these patterns. So it's better to learn them and make a list of some common words that deviate from these tips. Hope this helps.
