I like it, very functional, walang sinayang na space, it's ok even though there's no double high ceilings, usable floor area is much more important. The elevator is very senior friendly.

grabe frontage saka bandang Alabang hills na ito, which is for me, the best part of BF Pque. Yun nga lang, presyo Alabang hills din!🥲 Ang ganda ng mga listings niyo nitong mga nakaraang weeks, sunud sunod!😍 Di gaya mga nakaraang taon, madami ang nakaka-stress na bahay.😅😅 Wala ako makitang malaking mali sa bahay na toh, medyo tipid lang sa mga materials gaya ng mga nasa bathroom at laminated wood sa 2nd floor. Mabuti na may IT network na siya para sa CCTV o Wi-fi. Criticism lang na kulang lang siya sa exotic features at this price. Magnda sana may roof deck. Sana covered roof yung likod at gilid para pde lagyan ng kalat o lumang gamit. Sana may solar power at backup power, barya lang naman yun. 1:38 sana may fixed o collapsible awning dito sa harap. Konting ulan lang, dumi agad glass sa harap ng bahay.

Nasa description. Mas efficient that way kasi pwedeng mas bumaba or tumaas and its way easier to edit such sa description, kesa and video ang baguhin for any changes or flactuation, kung saan andun din ang summary ng other technical aspects.

It's a bit overpriced for two main reasons: 1. Finishes are substandard (very obviously) 2. Layout lacks functionality (debatable) I strongly believe that the developer and contractor are both on the cheap end of construction.
