I went live on #SkyNews to talk about #Homesick #GenerationRent and why changing how we measure #Success is crucial in the age of #Ecocide

Ms. Davies, you are shining and looking so much more healthy and naturally than any townfolks, trapped in this circle of pollution, processed food, pesticides etc. Best wishes

Hey Catrina, just listened to your lovely book and your equally lovely EP. Your amazing and I hope you manage to stay in your shed for as long as you desire. It’s cool that your able to share your philosophy so openly and Inspire others. We too have a shed & an Iveco(ours is green) in the woods in Devon which we love. Good luck for the future & thank you. Your a beautiful woman.

Love what you've done with the place 😄 x But most everything of what you've said rings bells with me. Our time is so precious and we seem to have to do so much for so little. Drudgery to survive and the hope of a little bit of peace and happiness in between if only we can grasp it. My heart goes out to you brave one and I hope things will improve for you too.

people need to understand that for some, the most important thing is having your own space. One possible solution is more bedsits. I’ve lived in a tiny room but been perfectly happy because I had my own kitchenette and very little to do with my ‘housemates’. It’s a shame not everyone can afford a comfortable home but there should at least be more options for introverts.

Just want to say I love your book. I too live in a shed I built myself. I had to leave the uk to move to Portugal because I couldn’t afford to live in the uk. It’s so freeing to get away from the rat race and to have free time and not work long hours.

Brilliant, I used to live in a touring caravan in mid Wales for a few years. It was my first home and in many ways was bliss. So much of your story I can relate to. I eventually became a home owner with my husband at the age of 40. We looked for a house in Snowdonia, (were my husband is from) for 8 years, but could not afford anything better than our overflowing council house. Eventually we relocated one hour south as we found a property we could afford. Unfortunately in doing so we left behind all our friends and family. Followed by the last 2 years of covid we felt the social sacrifice we made. Though we literally could only afford to do this because a relative died and we inherited enough to get a disposition in a mortgage. Yes we are very grateful to own our own home though many of our friends and family are caught up in renting and giving landlords an easy living while having little hope of ever owning their own home. I’m going to read the book!

About her corrugated metal shed being cold due to lack of insulation, Catrina could like the floor, walls and ceiling with (wool) carpets, like they do in Siberian houses.

Why don't they interview me, I live in my tent. But it's a backpacking tent and I could, prior to covid go anywhere in the world with it. And camp in the most beautiful and only accessible on foot places. People say that covid was created just to stop me living as free as a bird.

Place your faith on Jesus. Jesus died so that you can have everlasting life. Jesus is the way the truth and the life. No one gets to the Father but by him. Trust Jesus. Repent. Call Out to Jesus. Have a good day.
