LOVE this one, Tom! I've been looping simple triad based pieces like this (often minor, melodic) and then extracting every bit of creativity I can from my 57 year old fingers. Thanks so much for the inspiration - each "lesson" you just play for us up front, before you even say "Hi it's just Uncle Larry" (which is perfect, awesome, no words needed!), and from the beginning, I now have a library of inspiring compositions - many I learn, many inspire me to write my own. Wishing you the best from Northeast (Tri-Cities) TN / Western (Granite Falls) NC.

What a cool thing to be able to influence current country songs! It gave me a great feeling of hope to know that country music still has creative people like yourself who fight every day to keep things REAL and not just play the same old shit on different records!! Long live The Starship Trooper!! You brought back the 2 and 4 position on an old strat!!! How cool is that. I'm sure you have updated them a bit for sure.
