Virizion is an all-around good pokemon for master league. It has coverage for a lot of the top meta.

@s.Friel6942 If the algorithm throws an opponent at you that completely walls all your pokemon, then yes, and the same could be said for any pokemon. I've had great success with a couple of different Virizion teams.

It's a cool corebreaker, but low stats + many weaknesses make it tough to use. Really fun pokemon though :)

Virizion already have a very good stats. It’s low on CP because of the Stats distribution. If Virizion wants a high CP, it will need to sacrifice its Defensive and Hp stats So the concept that it if will be better if it has higher CP does not work because it’s Attack will increase but bulk significantly decrease. Else it will have a stats of meta Mega Pokémon with the same bulk and higher CP making Virizion the Highest stat Pokémon in the game. Without any forms or Mega, Mewtwo currently has the highest stats, 4200 CP with the same bulk on Verizions will give higher stats than even Mewtwo.

So u were the one running tytar and virizion in the back, u caught my 2nd fusion bolt in virizion I have a lineup that consists of zekrom, lugia and xerneas, I safe swap into lugia to check if theres a metagross in the back so xerneas can sweep then

1:44 You used both shields so early & still win the match? I only do that with my Kartana, she's awesome against Groudon, Kyogre, she can even take out mewtwo with higher cp than her, although mewtwo is not vulnerable to grass!! The problem with kartana she's too squishy, even surf from kyogre can do a good damage!! Speaking about grass, in UL I've been running a hundo chesnaught with vine whip, frenzy plant & superpower, he's awesome against swamperts, he can survive couple hydro cannons & earthquakes.
