This one has an unintentional ASMR element about it. Just lowered the volume in my headphones a bit, and voila..... brain melted.

suggestions for a good eye cream? Since I'm getting older.. 60's, my eyes are...not so great looking skin wise. Makeup likes to go in the little wrinkles. Not bad otherwise as I used sunscreen my whole live, but the eye area... not puffy but... on those little lines that fill with makeup! Your suggestions are always the best.

I have to be careful with eye creams because it seems to be my most sensitive area and can react very easily. I love that you look after your skin so with the naturally occurring fine lines I'd say take a look at products with Hyaluronic Acid for keeping skin hydrated and plumped. There are limitless ranges of all prices on the market and I'm currently using Nivea Q10 Plus Anti-Wrinkle Eye Cream which my eyes seem to love! I also like The Ordinary products so you could take a look at their caffeine eye solution (although I think it focuses mainly on puffiness). Both are around £5-10 with powerful ingredients and it proves that you don't always have to go premium prices to get results. Having said that, Aurelia, Elemis, Ren and Dr Murad are also great premium brands with eye products worth checking out. Finally, a nice eye makeup primer should help with makeup sitting smoother on the skin :)

@@homespabeauty And do you also perfrom tok sen massage. Is it something that we can do at home by ourselves?
@homespabeauty Жыл бұрын
That’s one I’m not familiar with so I’d suggest researching who does it & what’s involved.

@@homespabeauty Well thanks for replying. Can you also tell from where I can buy the stones for hot stone massage. Does anyone sell the full set which includes all the stones. And also can you do a video on best massage table in 2023 which has best features?
@homespabeauty Жыл бұрын
@@thechillpodcast7876 If you can access a professional supplier such as Ellisons then you'll be able to buy the full hot stones kit. For massage tables, I'm afraid I don't have the ability to compare tables as I only have one. I'd suggest beauty industry magazines or websites who might have comparison articles?

it seems very relaxing. That's important for our health no matter what! Just avoid spirulina now. Coming out it's not so good for our brains!

It's lovely to perform on clients and also to do on yourself - I had no idea about spirulina! I'll have to take a look on Google :)

I can only find that it’s bad in high quantities? The only thing I’ve ever seen it in is a smoothie which I doubt has much in at all
@homespabeauty6 жыл бұрын
That would make sense if it's higher quantities they're talking about. It must be a relatively small amount in a smoothie (and hopefully that includes controlling use it in multiple drinks every day). Definitely going to take a look at what's being shared as this is new information to me :)

@homespabeauty6 жыл бұрын
I'm pretty sure you can and if you want to click on the link in the description box (where it says ACU Supply Cupping Kit) you can ask the seller a question about buying the brush alone :)
