Thanks! So initially we were going to go with a modular home as well. However, the company that bought the land did not want to just sell us the land, the also wanted to build the house. So it’s not customized, it’s a plan already provided by the builder we just added a couple things to it. If I had to recommend someone I’d say Value build home! The legend floor plan is what we were going to go with. It is absolutely stunning! You should go take a look at it the videos does not do it justice. I would have definitely chose that if the builder would have allowed us to buy just the land.
