Hi Josh and Carolyn!! I love that you keep sharing book recommendations in your videos! Could you make a pantry chat that includes a reading list on different homestead topics and show us some of the books from your library? Raising animals, gardening, cooking, etc. We add books to our library each month and really love the books you have been recommending like Milk Cow Kitchen and The Art of Natural Cheesemaking. Thanks so much, Rachael

Love all this information. I have to tell you that I made a bed for greens, planted, watered and they were about an inch tall or a little more and a family of quail came through and snuck between the wire barricades and ate the whole bed in one night. 😭 I was so discouraged, but seeing this video has encouraged me to try again

Great video. I'm just planted romaine lettuce seeds today from seed in hopes they come up. The seeds were from the spring plants we purchased from a local home center. I also planted carrots and bib lettuce from seeds from seed packages about 2 weeks ago. I think they may be coming up but not totally sure.

I have my garden in a 4’x8’ area I have 8 tomato plants, 4 hot pepper plants, 2 rows of radishes and 1 row of Per-sane. Off to the side I also have 2 small rows of Sweet peas. But I still have some Dill seeds to put in a pot. [Where can I get goose berry seeds or plant?] Been wanting to plant some for about 40 years.

Kinda binge-watching 😁 so I'm a little late on this. Love the idea on succession planting. Would like for you to go more in depth on this. It's basically my husband & myself. Our son doesn't care for salads. We love them. I guess I'll just play with it & see what works for us. We'll probably end up skipping a day here & there or feeding all of our neighbors lol. 😉 Thanks for sharing & God bless ❤ PS - I've always heard, "You have to eat a pack of dirt before you die."

Hi Carolyn and Josh! I took your advice last year and made some ( alot) of super greens. Im sad to say that we have not used all of it up yet. How long would you say the super greens are good for being stored in a canister with a lid before they go bad? Mine seem to not be as dark in color or smell as pungent as they once did?
