Judy, your Tractor is awesome. I wish my wife like to do things like you do. She’s never even touched the lawnmower in her whole life never picked up a shovel never washed your car. All she does is go to work and come home and I cook and clean and make all the meals.

Super cool mower! I know you didn't have a lot or space beside you changing around the tractor tires but I always use a shovel to work semi truck tires in the last few inches as well as raising them to the correct height....easier on my back 🙂

Will try it next time, they were heavier than I remembered for sure.

FYI I have that same engine on my Kubota zero turn and it uses about a couple of ounces of oil every 10 hours so keep up with checking the oil regularly. Also run it at full throttle when mowing not to lug the engine.
@chrisjudge31Ай бұрын
100% on full throttle for mowing. Also check fluid level on the hydraulics for the drive wheels.
@roberthale8407Ай бұрын
@@chrisjudge31 I need to look up that model and what pumps it uses as I know I have a reservoir for both of my pumps and actual filters.

Great video! I love how you leave in all the groans LOL. Yes that riding mower looks perfect for the job, although I wonder how many tank refills it takes for that large an area. Personally, I would be worried about that gorgeous mower without more security, like a security gate for that area of the workshop. Love your videos and only missing the hens for a perfect update. Cheers from the USA ♥

Just a little note ,if you cut the grass anti-clockwise, your not dumping the cut grass on what your about to cut, just a thought.

it all depends on the direction of the slope but now we are getting used to it a bit more we will try this. 👍🏻

I knew she would enjoy the new toy. They mow allot faster than a tractor which ends up saving time and fuel. I still use a regular riding mower as I move my trailers with it and zero turns can't tow any appreciable weight unless you like replacing trans axles. I'm catching up on videos after getting back from Greece yesterday and getting used to the 8hr time change... Went too far north to see your place from the plane. I like that little trailer. What's the weight capacity of it as that tractor is fairly heavy and I'd be hesitant to carry that on my 5x10 trailer. FYI a bungee cord on the chute makes it easy to lift up. Oh and that cup holder is for soda cans or disposable cups etc. I never use it as I'm not a fan of dirt on my drink. Coffee isn't a big deal here like it is in Europe where there are 10 coffee shops per person and people go from shop to shop. It's mostly hot here and we drink cold drinks. That said the first thing I did when I got home yesterday was make a batch of iced tea as all I can get in Greece is water and soda or canned iced tea. I'm not a coffee or beer drinker.
@HomesteadingUncontainedАй бұрын
I hope you had a great time in Greece. Good call on the bungy cord - the grass was a bit too long and pulled on the plastic chute. Julie loves it though and is never off it - grass is a little shorter now.

@@HomesteadingUncontained I need a vacation to recover from the trip... Lots of walking and mountain climbing. Lots of video driving around Naxos and iOS on an ATV to use somehow. I'm glad she likes the mower. I wish I mowed more than 4 times a year as I enjoy driving the mower with my earbuds in listening to music and only thinking about what I need to cut Very relaxing.
