In comparison to what the US has had recently this was just a breeze. But tying down the solar panels eased my mind.

Loved the video. Would also urge you to take great care of your lungs too. You mentioned a mask which is essential. I prep lots of pallet wood for my projects and use a cyclone connected to all of my dust making hand tools. Particularly the sander. Also I have an air filter suspended above my work area to get the really fine dust that is airborne. Really envious of the olive tree too. What great character 😊👴🏼Grandadswoodworkshop

I have built my fair share of cabinets. My last ones for our kitchen I bought IKEA boxes but did the rest myself. 30 linear feet of cabinets.. Cheaper and easier to buy the boxes in my case. A good jig is essential to those hinges. I can't wait until I can hang wall cabinets in my shop. More framing and plywood to go as being a metal building there are no walls to hang off of. It should cool off here after today. 98* today still. I am looking forward to getting allot of my projects started up again. Though my back doesn't agree with that...

@@HomesteadingUncontained Don't feel bad. I can make cuts on the table saw and get them to not come out parallel. I don't have a track saw as when I was woodworking there weren't affordable ones on the market here in the US. But I would still like one as they are so fast and easy to use onsite

When Stihl makes a improvement or major changes to it's current product line the trickledown effect is that White range get the old designs (a bit like PSA) VW becomes Skoda to Seat

Good job guys...that olive tree is that a special kind...? Because arent you having pretty cold winters there...? Living in Sweden and have winter cold down to like -15 to -25 some times and the "trees" we have here have to be stored in a warmer shed...🤔🫣🤔

It is the South of France - the cold temps are on the mountains but in the valley here it is OK - lots of Olives around.

If you are going to go ahead and build your own cabinets I'd look into getting a track compatible router. Don't know if Makita make their own but you should be able to get an after market or 3D printed one. Festool have a compatible one but they would wouldn't they. Just will save you loads of time if you're doing a single or a couple of passes to make rabbits.
