Very Very Nice Set Up & Love The FACT That you Went With All In Wall Speakers. Best Choice Ever As I As Did. As Nice As Your Home Theater Is I Believe I Have Upped Your Home Theater By My Own Design. Also Utilizing Empty Space Of One Of Our Spare Bedroom Which Is A Huge Room With Just 1 Window. It Measures 12" W X 20' D X 10 "H. So You Have A 3 Screen Game/Theater I Have The Only Home Theater With A Stage, YES I SAID A STAGE, I Incorporated A Complete Stage That Measures 10'W X 12" D X 8' H. I Also Developed My Own Smart System Called : SSTS = Smart Stage Technology System That Controls The Entire Vertical & Horizontal Settings Of The Stage. It's The 1st ever Fully Transforming Stage. All Of The Countless Scenes Can Be Programed In MC=Master Control. So Let's Say Yo Have A Business Meting With Your Boss Via The Webinar Mode. Well Up Comes The Music & Lights As The Stage Beings It Set Up For Webinar Mode As 4K HD Vinyl Backdrops Begin Their Descent Down From The SC =Scene Cassette Along With The Appropriate Preprogramed Stage Lights As Well As Turning On The Video Camera. One The System Is Complete A Voice Will Confirm Set Up Complete. Same Set Up For All Different Modes & Each Has Their Own Accompiament Track That I Arranged Composed & Played For Each Scene Transformation. Our Backstage Wall Is 1 Giant Star Field Wall As Well As The Front Of The Entire Proscenium Arch Is Also A Mirror Of The Backstage Star Walls And Also Of Course The Ceiling Above you & Inside Our Our Rotatory Room That Is A 8' Fully Enclosed Cylinder Shaped Room That You Enter. Close The Doors So your Now In 100% Black Until You Select The Start Button. Once You Do On Comes The Cool Music & Everywhere Around you Are Stars Along With 4 Mirrors Around You Giving You infinite Images Around You As The Entire Room Without You Knowing Slowly Rotates You & Your Party Around 108 Degrees Without You Even Knowing Until you Open The Door To Which Will Be Yet Another Star Field In Front Of you . Slowly Right Before Your Eyes A Outlines Of Gold Hands Appear In Front Of you As The Voice Instructs You To Place Your Hand On The Hand Prints & Push Which Is The Door Into Our Home Theater. Our Sound System Is A 9.2.4 All In Wall Speakers. When I Do Flight Simulator I Activate The Floating Floor So The Entire Floor Is Lowered Onto Springs Giving You That Feeling Of Actually Flying. Best Part Of This Build It Required No Demoing Of The Existing Room.

Hi, What make/model is the 16ch multi-zone audio amp in the top of rack. thanks. Cool setup.

Not your average home theatre by a long shot. I would venture to guess that with the owner's connections to some major manufacturers he could build something like this much cheaper than the average home theatre enthusiast. It would be interesting to know just what a setup like this costs. Well outside my budget for sure...lol.

Very nice set up. Can you please elaborate on a couple of items. 1. What brand is the main screen that masks. 2. Can you please advise how he playing the side images to match exactly where the main screen cuts off
@HomeTheaterHobbyist2 жыл бұрын
The screen is a Display Technologies 2TB Constant Width, Acoustically Transparent. He's changing the source (PC, Nvidia Shield, etc.) resolution to match the front screen. Different software programs are used to map the image to all three screens and to create the gaps on the image that match the physical gaps on the screens. Hopefully this helps!

Looks super comfy and clean. Although I respect the build I'm personally not fan of the 3 screens. It makes sense why he has them but for me I prefer just one scree in my Theater room
@richardwestmoreland47962 жыл бұрын
I get where you are coming from Nibiru420,but if I was a gamer (which I am not) the 3 screens probably provide for a more immersive experience when playing some of these very high tech video games. Each to their own with everything of course.
@Nibiru4202 жыл бұрын
@David Mander the word clean doesn't always mean free from dirt, unsoiled or unstained. It can be slang for describing something as very nice, cool, neat. Like damn that kick flip was clean, or damn that's a clean ass bmw. That's probably why you hear it a lot, but now you know what they mean.
@squared802 жыл бұрын
@David Mander Clean, meaning nice finishes, nice lines, symmetrical, etc. A lot of DIY HT are in rooms that don't allow that.

What settings are you running your vtf2 mk5. Ports/EQ/Q
@HomeTheaterHobbyist2 жыл бұрын
Sorry it's taken so long to respond but the HSU has been put away in storage while I review other stuff. Here are my settings: 1 port plugged, Phase 0deg, EQ1, Q Control 1 notch below 0.5, Crossover outboard set typically at 80Hz. Obviously you can do whatever you want but these may give you a starting point.

How do you come to that assumption when he did this during covid? This setup is sweet, plain and simple. A well done small HT space that can seat lots of people, great for sports parties and even has a gaming angle to it too, IMO.
