Hello again Ms. Harbridge! I must say, this song is so beautiful. I have such peace when listening to it. When I listen to this labor of love, I hear a sad wistfulness that drifts on the air with every note. But slowly, as the song progresses, it ceases to be a song of sorrow or melancholy. Instead it becomes a song of hope, of longing expectation that soon, we will be home. And that upon our return we will see those whom we have loved and eagerly sought out their company. We will be rejoined with those we lost over the years. This is a song of hope, that all that we have believed and trusted in is true, that all that we have placed in His care is indeed secured for our future with Him. I pray that God keep you in His embrace and that He bless you all the more for this most precious gift. This gift of hope that is so desperately needed.
