No, it's already explained in the previous videos. They received letters from 2 different person to buy their cottage and lodge, plus they're working in London for 4 days in a week so basically it made sense for them to move and sell both their properties. On the renting, they say they wanted to look for a good place so they need time to feel the environment, hence the rent
