One of the ABSOLUTELY most FABULOUS videos on Homeworthy. This gentleman has lived, evolved, created, nurtured, breathed life, art, and old world into whatever he touches. His spaces, landscapes, and pool are museum quality. Deliciousness❣️
@abacus2993 ай бұрын
Not just the shop and flat of an antiques dealer, but the home of a very gifted interior designer. The "mood" of each space is beautifully created and curated. This is very good magic.

Wish I had this man's courage for life in general. Love everything about his aesthetic. Favorite thing is using natural living things as architectural structures. He's a gift. Didn't want this installment to end.

When he says his place is magical, he’s not lying. It’s a place of beauty, a place where he poured his love and his life, and it shows. From one magician to another, thank you.

Good Magic, indeed, on this land. I have tear sheets of "Mr. Trapp's" grotto and dining room, going back from when I was a kid, probably 30+ years ago. It was the most enchanting environment I had ever seen and I have them to this day. Thanks so much for this special tour.

Dear Michael, you just stole my heart. Your sense of style and beauty is unbeatable. You remind me myself....lol..I built a stone wall in my garden, waterfall and overall a nice garden that inspires me everyday. I will watch this video again, again and again. Your inspiration is like a drive force that never drains. I feel so connected with you spiritually. I am enjoying your home so much!!!

What an alchemist. This place reminds me of a 1920s/30s paladiain midnight garden theatre set. I expected fawns, faeries, and harlequins to be playing flutes under the columns and arbres. This self effacing and humble man who is beyond talented was an absolute inspiration and delight. I wish I knew him. From one antiques and curio dealer and interiors enthusiast to another, I salute you!!

Now that's a driven man. Breaking his back to make his vision come to fruition....Then, to help his back heal, decides to build a therapy pool perpendicular to and on the side of a hill ? MAN-i-ac ! Michael is so deep and complex i could right a book about him just on this video ! This guy fits perfectly with the ole adage: when life gives him lemons, he makes lemon aid, but not being able to leave that alone...he adds some texture with artichokes thrown into the mix. Love to see his green oasis in the springtime. You have to go back and do a mini video ❣ PLEASE ? 🙏🥺🙏

Magic and more magic! ❤ beyond a home….this gorgeous place is cosmic. Thank you for such a fabulous tour! The gardens are beyond! I thought this was going to be a home tour, but this estate feels like a museum visit. I love the collectibles and the views from each room, but the atrium and garden are my favorite spots. I loved living in Connecticut for ten years, but if I lived like this, I would've never left. This man is eccentric, and this home is a European oasis. If you ever want to adopt a 62 year old niece, I'm ready to sign the papers. I live in Ohio, but I'll come house sit anytime, and feed your cat too.
