Remedy for an emotionally sensitive and idealistic person - Ignatia

Ignatia is famous as a remedy of great contradictions. It is a woman’s remedy and is feminine of masculine Nux vomica.
Ignatia is frequently required and is especially suited to sensitive, delicate women and children; to hysterical women. You can cure those gentle, sensitive, fine fibred, refined, highly educated, overwrought women in their nervous complaints with Ignatia when they take on complaints that are similar to such symptoms as come in hysteria.
Any one suffering from suppressed or deep grief, with long-drawn sighs, much sobbing, also much unhappiness, entirely absorbed in grief; for recent grief; affections of the mind in general, particularly if actuated by grief; sadness; hopelessness; & hysterical variableness can be cured with this remedy.
Mentally, the emotional element is uppermost, and co-ordination of function is interfered with. Hence, it is one of the chief remedies for hysteria. It is especially adapted to the nervous temperament-women of sensitive, easily excited nature, mild disposition, quick to perceive, rapid in execution. Rapid change of mental and physical condition, opposite to each other. Alert, nervous, apprehensive, rigid, trembling patients who suffer acutely in mind or body. Effects of grief and worry.
She is a good natured woman when well but quickly gets disturbed by slightest emotion.
In healthy state she is a mild, gentle & timid lady. She is very sensitive to moral impression and is very alert about her actions. She cannot support injustice but still tolerates it. She is obedient, quiet, yielding, coward, & secretive woman. Her conscience is very delicate. She is reserved and expressive. She is confident and has clarity of mind. She is hopeful, idealistic and precocious. She is a dignified woman and expects respect from others.
But slightest emotional disturbance leads her in a state of disease. She then becomes disconcerted. Sad, melancholic lady. Indifference, wants to be alone. Taciturn, indisposed to talk. Dwells on past disagreeable occurrences. Sobbing, Sighing and hopelessness. Becomes angry and defiant, Irritable and quarrelsome. There is anger from contradiction. Even consolation aggravates her trouble. There is a great anxiety as if she has committed some unpardonable crime.
So here we can see the exactly opposite symptoms or the contradictory symptoms of Ignatia lady when she enters in a diseased state.
This contradictory symptoms are also seen at physical level. For example sore throat is relieved by swallowing solid, piles protrude when stool is soft and not during hard stool, etc.
