"The Constitution is not a legal document, its a document for the country." Such a good quote.

14:58 min ... that's right. (Whether or not from randomness, in the now, words from yester year, of the moment, wisdom, no less, reassuring and welcoming to hear, a calm, independent, of the weather. Thank you.)

The more I listen to Justice Thomas the more I admire him.

I love this man. May he be on the bench forever. He has humility and shows a deep respect for those who argue before him that isn’t always evident in his more pompous fellow justices. This is a good man. I loved Justice Scalia but I always thought Thomas was a better jurist and his opinions were more originalist than his.

I tend to agree more with Scalia. If you don't ask questions, the lawyers are just going to regurgitate their brief which the Justices have already read.

Nothing honorable about Justice Thomas he lacks judicial ethics.

Your comment has the quality and depth that’s typical from your side, sorely lacking in substance and support.
