CL9 is not bad at fuel. It delivers 9 to 10km/l but in rushy areas it drops to 5kms/l. On highway its around 12.5Km/l when you set the cruise control. GLi is definitely more fuel efficient. I think you didn't watched the whole video :) I mentioned about fuel consumption.

What should be cold start and idle rpm in cl9?

cold start: 1500rpm after warm up, it should come down to 750rpm. normal idle = 750 rpm
