ljepo.... dobro da vidim hrvati ko voli honda. ja sam australiski, i kupim honda accord euro r cl1 skoro. ne mislim ima to u hrvatska.. :(

Thank you. It's great after rebuild, all 4 cylinders are on 16bar of compression. Oil consumption is about 2l on 7500km.

Why did you have to rebuild the engine? Im thinking of buying an used accord type r with the same engine with high km. How is the reliability

I rebuild it because of oil consumption. Mine is now on 529000km and it drive normaly

@@mladensinkic3256 Ended up buying the car with 170,000km spent 3000$ on normal maintnace (Axle boots, clutch, oil, gaskets,ect.) Its drives great, no issues whatsoever. What a great car. I was wondering where you manged to get parts for the build, they are pretty rare and hard to find.

What country are you in? Are these accord type R's fairly easy to find for sale where you are?

I am in Croatia and it’s really hard to find them. I think that here in Croatia we got about 10-15 ATR-s in total.

@@mladensinkic3256 oh wow. Do used japanese cars like that tend to sell for a premium there? Like are they more expensive than they should be? Or is it considered nothing special. Thank you so much for replying, I would really love to bring one of these into the US when they become import eligible at the 25 year old mark. So far it seems the UK is the best option, there are quite a few available for sale right now for around 5000 USD or even less. Although some of them are kinda beat up with rust underneath🤪🤪😵😵

@@JBurney they are little bit expensive then regular Accord 6 gen. Price is from 6000 - 10 000€ depending on condition. ATR was produced in UK (Swindon) so it is normal to find them in UK. They are left hand drive (LHD) and quite rare there because they scrap lot of then during the bulkhead rust. The most expensive is in Netherland and that’s championship white with red seats. Mine is now in new vinyl mate mettalic charcoal.
