Terrific video!!! You place the camera so perfectly while making video. I have experienced my activa drag to middle of the road even when i drive on the left side and i was clueless. Now i come to know the reason from this video. It is not impossible but little difficult and need right tools for this bearing replacement. One kind request/suggestion whenever you replace old parts with new one please mention brand name and cost of it. So that we can have rough idea in mind whenever we plan to replace it.

Viewers sometimes thinks that I am doing advertisement of that particular product. It gives a wrong image. Further price depends upon brand and with time it may increase or decrease. In this Video I used a Skf bearing kit and it's cost was around 450.

Ya,service/workshop manual are very very helpful but most of the time showroom/service centre/parts dealer refuses to give one. You can get its Xerox (or snap) by requesting any service centre Mechanic/suprivisor. Same condition is for Parts Book.

Sir meri new scooty hain suzuki burgman. 6 month hua leiye hue. Toh uska right side thoda jam ja raha hain. Garage wale bol rahe hain ki bearing change' karni padegi so me kya karu? Lubricant karke dekhu ya replace kar du?

Aap khud se open maat karwayiye, ye service centre walon ka tension hai. Aapka vehicle Abhi warranty me hai. Unhai problem boliyai aur fix kaarnai dijiye. Agaar gaadi kaahin gira hai to bhi ye problem aata hai. 6 month me bearing damage nahi hota. Kabhi kabhi slight adjustement se kaam ho jaata hai.

During strong collision and accident,sometimes Fork bends and losses its alignment. Before replacing it check the fault in the present fork.

If the portion is broken because of rust then its better to replace the whole assembly. Such defective parts can lead to serious accidents.

Or aisa lagta h jaise car me alignment ke baad chalao na bilkul seedha jati h waisa feel hua.. Lekin meri maestro jaisa 1.5year pehle ek side jati thi vesa hi aaj 1.5year. Baad bhi ek taraf jati h. Kya dikkat ho sakti h. Balance ni h gadi me me hath chor ke nahi chala sakta gadi ko. Bilkul bhi. Mujhe ek taraf jhukna padta h tab. Vo seedha jati h. Fir. Please aap help kijiye. Kya karu?

Sir Activa k liye sabse acha engine oil konsa hai or kis brand ka hai currently i'm using Honda genuine oil JASO MB 10w30. it's a normal mineral oil. are there any good engine oils for Activa...like synthetic or semi synthetic?

Synthetic oil are better than Normal mineral oil because they maintains Their viscosity level even after getting older. I can't recommend you any particular brand. It will be like telling which brand of mobile phone is best for people. But Before buying any engine oil,Please know that there is a big difference between oil of Geared motorcycle and gearless scooters (Activa) . I seen many people using general motorcycle oil in Activa . Even some shopkeepers Recommends them.But this is totally wrong . There is separate engine oil for all gearless scooters. Always buy engine oil for gearless scooters,they are specially designed for them.

urgent guruji...today i replaced bearings and cone set in activa... i accidently lost one ball jo top side lagti he... so used one old one..... it looked decent ....but kuj scratches the..... will it causs problems????? as if now it seems fine.... aur guruji i noticed mere old model activa me vo washer nahi tha between lock nut and journal....mene cone set lia pura usme bhi washer nahi tha....alag se manga shopkeeper se usne bola washer nahi ata isme sidha lock nut lagega.... par apke vale me to he .....washer na hone ae baar baar dheela to ni hoga?

Ek ball koe issue nahi hai. Slight scratches are normal on old balls. The spherical ball should not have any flat spot.

It's very easy Aap Multimeter kai help sai essai check kaar saktain hain. First continuity check kijiyai Aur phir resistance. Resistance ka value ko new coil sai compare kijiyai. (Request any friendly parts shop owner to give you new coil for few seconds) Agar resistance same hai (approx)means coil saahi hai.

Handle ek baar bend ho gaaya aur usko accurately straight nahi kiya gaaya to yai problem aati hai. Next time jub aap bearing change kaarain to form ko completely accurately straight kaarwain . Agar fork mai kaahin bhi crack aa gaaya hai to use kaarna dangerous hai.
