That filter looks like it is a cleanable filter. Pull it every few months or every oil change and clean it in nice clean water and maybe mild soap like dawn.

Im looking for a wiring diagram for a 1995 subaru sambar. Purchased one for 1300$ locally and its been through some rough times. Missing ignition, looks like all the fuses were taken out. just trying to figure out where to start on it.
