Great adventure :) you’re lucky that you didn’t have snow. I passed out for some seconds after picking up my NC750X for the 10th time at this altitude. Still, in my opinion it’s one of the best places for an adventure rider :)

How is the Africa Twin doing at the high altitudes? .... Normally, I see you on the big BMW 1200 GS. How do like riding the AT? Which do you like better?

John Roth Thank you so much. The AT is ok at high altitude. It felt a bit "tired", but it could also be due to the poor fuel quality :)) The GS and AT are both great bikes, honestly. For this model, if you have the money, go for the GS. But with the new AT - so many improvements, I have to try it :)

Don't You think GS is more focused on tarmac/asphalt? I know it can ride everywhere but still... And it is boxer - so for me it suxx (i know i know - good engine but i do not like boxers...)

Rafał Świerczynski it's the 21 inches front that makes the difference. But for this type of roads, you can choose either one.

I think I saw this road with the Afganistan's border on that river in Itchy Boot's video, but she rode opposite direction. Very beautiful views indeed and so friendly people. Hard to believe it for someone from big city where almost everyone is a stranger. Nice music in backround.
