My wife's Honda pilot kept shutting off without warning, no check engine lights, nothing. I was poking around and found that air intake hose had ripped like yours. I replaced it for $40 and it hasn't shut down since. Good video!

What if i remove the entire throttle body to clean up? Needs some programming? Or just put on it and themselves calibrate?

Honda manufacturing is needed to make Honda parts better. I have more problems with my pilot than Toyota cars. I hope Honda will take a look to see what they need to improve the quality of their parts that they put into the cars. I disappointed myself why I bought the pilot instead of the Toyota Highlander.

Do you use the throttle body air intake cleaner to clean all the parts or do you use something different?

No, use it just to clean the throttle body. You can use any cleaner for all the other stuff.
