Hi there, i have been watching several of your videos for trailing arms. I own a honda crv 2007. In december i started hearing a loud clunking noise when i was braking. I had the brakes replaced in august. so far i have had my struts on both front and back replaced, the rear sway bar links replaced yet my car is still making that clunking noise, however it has gotten slightly better with the repairs ive had done. Like you mentioned in a prior video i watched things can be expensive. So far ive poured another 4k into these repairs and i havent even owned the car for a year. I have been under the car while its up on the lift and they also lubed it up with wd40. They stated the bushings are very big and in good shape. He said the next thing that it would/could be is the trailing arm. Im at a loss and starting to get frustrated :( any tips or advice would be great

Mine are hanging on by a thread could that cause harsh rear stiffness? On stock spec rear struts.

I notice it's a #sankei because of the gray color which is used for their strut components. Japanese quality. Since 1960. Much better than your Moog problems. I replaced one time Sachs and did not choose Sankei about 15 years ago because I had not heard of the name. Internet research was not good at the time. I regret it. Too stiff for my old Accord. Would be good for a German stiff racing type car like BMW with the harsh ride or even a Lexus IS. But next time if I need to and have the option, I will choose the gray one. Your customer made a good or lucky choice.

Would a bad bushing affect the rear wheel alignment? Everytime I go for an alignment the rear left wheel is always a little off specs.

My car is getting both rear Bushes done and I’m having to drive very slow atm until I get it but as mine is FR drive the wheels on mine look like it’s on a slight camber but when you get the wheels straight again and new bushes you’d then re align them as on a FR drive car the alignment goes off the back wheels.
