Hi mate. It's just a waterproof synthetic vinyl material. Had a local seat shop just chuck it together here in Thailand.

+William GAll Hi William, I had mine done at many places. There are plenty of shops with cub parts in Northern Bangkok. Vespa parts are more common around China Town.
