Took a bit of a hiatus from riding. Bought the cb300f last year to see if the passion was still there, it was. Great lil bike to ride on the roads around the escarpment. Gonna miss her when I eventually upgrade.

I ride one from Bradenton Florida to osprey Florida every day, Ive ridden a lot of bikes and this is probably one I've had the most fun on. It takes me and my gf just fine, we go island hopping and speeds up to 70 just fine 2 up. Not winning races, or beauty contest, but it's not about that.

Hey there, I just stumbled across your channel while looking for a good beginner bike! Would the CB300F be okay for a 6ft tall rider? I'd like to do some small adventures along with city riding (Vancouver Island and the Interior of BC), so I'm hoping it's not too bad at highway speeds. I've also been looking at the Kawasaki Versys 300 but the CB300F is quite a bit cheaper (getting a used bike). Love your content btw!

I bought this for my first bike over the summer. It’s super comfortable for me at 5’7. My Dad at 6’2 looks a bit ridiculous on it. It’ll do highways fine, especially on the island. Wouldn’t want to ride too long on a 400 series but it does go well over 100km/hr. Buzzy though.

One time I was bicycle racing with my friends toward the hill at the end. It was a bit wet and I touched the front brake on the steel bridge. I ended up taking a face plant right into the steel grating. It’s less of an issue on a motorcycle but do be careful. The key to steel bridges is to roll across in a straight line and to not touch the front brake. Oh yeah, don’t ride them in the wet.

Buzz really comes through starting at 7k. 7-10k is pure buzz tbh. That being said it's not actually that bad.

Honda's are always comfy! I still miss my cbr500, so comfy, can ride all day long, great on gas, very reliable...personality of a boiled potato tho.

Yeah. Pretty civilized bike unless you buy it with a no-name exhaust like we did. The windows shake when it goes by. I'll have to replace that unless I want tickets everywhere I go.
