I just replaced the sprockets on my CB750 and I was worried about the very slight play in the front sprocket. Glad to see you had the same thing...and you mentioned that it's okay. I was worried, thinking I'd done something wrong. Thanks for the video!

When fitting the rear sprocket did you or should I say has the threads stripped on the one that looks a 12:00 to us? Didn't hear the click on the torque wrench just easy movement on the ratchet. Good vid but don't want you to forget about it if it has

Does anyone have the torque specs for the small front sprocket. I can't find it anywhere listed in the manual. Many thanks!

Thanks for the instructional. I'm no expert but from what I've read the clip on the master link has to be oriented with the closed side of the clip in the direction of travel. You have it reversed in this video.

One question... I've heard you should put the clip on with the open side facing the other way because if the chain somehow rubs against something it can push the clip off. I'm sure that doesn't happen often, but do you always put your master link clip on with the opening side facing the direction the chain is moving?

No I did notice it was facing g the wrong way after I filmed I always have it swimming up stream like a fish. Open end away from travel.

Docs world ...good to know. My new sprockets and chain seem to be working great. That was the first time I've changed them. Not too hard. I put new rear drum brake shoes on while I had the back wheel off. Old pads still had life in them but they we're nearly 50 years old so I decided to toss them. Found some really old spider webs in the brake hub. : )

I know this video was made a few years ago but I'm having a problem. My spacer below the sir clip keeps on decintegrating. I just put a brand new chain on and spacer. I rode 100km and its shot.

@@docsworld9707 I found the issue! On the inside of the sprocket there is a sleeve like piece. The owner before me didn't replace it when he put the new sprocket on so my bike the sprocket is just bouncing all over.

Come to my home, I will try for the first time to replace the cam chain. Im scared cause it's my first time, I'm not sure I have all the tools I need, and cause I think that I have to separate the upper and lower engine to reach the cam chain.
