Thanks for the video! I got a 2019 500x last year a love it.I use mine so far for occasional commuting to work in Louisville but look forward to a back-roads (paved) vacation through KY, Tenn., VA, WV, NC in the Smoky Mountains and Appalachian Mountains. I love exploring rural America via motorcycle and expect the 500x will be a refreshing change from the past trips that I have done over the years on a '85 cb700sc NighthawkS, a '84 Kaw 750 turbo, a '97 Bandit 1200, a '02 Hayabusa, and an '07 Bandit 1250. Max speed limit on back roads is 55mph so I don't need all that horsepower from the days of my youth...hehehe!

Hehe CB500X can raise adrenaline too especially off road, great bike for that kind of exploring. 👍👋

Hi! Excellent video, enjoyed the beginning of it very much. It was nice to see the Peljesac bridge views, too. Thanks!

Great video - really enjoyed this, and it really is remarkable how a mostly stock 500x can handle that kind of off-road terrain. The 500x is the bike I am wanting to buy (I am a Honda guy, but my loyalty could be severely tested if Triumph comes out with a 660 Tiger Rally version - have heard a rumor or two!), and I don't think I would take it on trails that were as challenging as the one rode for the majority of this video. What a beautiful area, though, you got some GREAT video, and you did a good job with the bike--that kind of riding is not easy. Well done--keep up the great work!

The lower footage gives us a lot better perspective of what the actual terrain is like, good idea.

you should really consider fitting larger off road foot peg extensions They make you feel more secure when standing and the extra grip is fantastic ... plus fit a side stand boot great on softer ground .. :-0

ma ide ona i po terenu, makadamu šumskim putevima bez pronlema.... provjereno sa nx 500.Par vožnji i kad se opustiš ide off ko koza. Kad je rocky samo po plinu.

Okay! Now how about fully loaded (side panniers, top case etc) with a pillion? Will the CB 500X allow a pair to travel with dignity or will it struggle?
@shiftupadventure4 жыл бұрын
It won't struggle if you don't overload it 👋

I think the dimensions of this bike are perfect for solo travel. I wouldn't take a passenger farther than an overnight trip though. It's not a question of the bike struggling, unless rider and passenger are both very large people, but it just wouldn't be comfortable for long days.
@SsiolisP4 жыл бұрын
@@tahoehiker Ah, I see. Therefore the bike is capable enough, but passenger comfort will be an issue.Thank you for this practical observation.
