The way you have set this up shows how great you are doing this, it's all organized and meticulously cleaned and put together. Great job Sir.

No one taught me how to rebuild carbs. I had to really get into the the manuals or just take something apart just to see how it works. Now there's a video explaining everything. Unfortunately there's some low quality videos out there and need to be updated by someone like me. Thank you for your comment. It really motivates me to make a better video.🙏

Thanks! As with most parts found in the junkyard, they just need some cleaning and a little paint.

Did the motorcycle start. I did the same thing and got no start lol :( I'm wondering why the bike isn't getting fuel. There is fuel to the bowls but I don't think it's getting to the cylinders. Any suggestions?

I didn't check the float bowl height. That makes a huge difference in performance and can make or break a start attempt. Check your factory setting.

Mine are leaking gas, so I ordered a new gasket and seal kit. It isn’t obvious where all of the O-rings go. Any guidance on that?

If you go on BikeBandits.com and search for OEM parts for your year and model it'll bring up a diagram on how the parts are assembled.

Do you have to adjust the floats?
@kilosmotomadnessgarage34473 жыл бұрын
Yes you do. Fortunately they were already set when I disassembled the carbs.
