I‘m right in the middle of restoring a 1974 cb200 and your videos on the engine are a great help for me. Your engine looks fantastic by the way! I love the paintjob and all the detailed work you put into it. I just spent hours in the shop cleaning all the bits and wish mine will come out as fine as dis yours.

I fair enjoyed your video on that engine as I wrecked mine in the early days when I was 17 teen all because I changed the oil and cleaned the filter I had no oil pressure after oil change ,I went through 3 sets of bigends plus camshaft end caps in 6 months oh dear

I now know why I didn't know that I had to line up the filter housing huh that was 40 years ago 😳

Nice work Adrian it's looking really good. Only thing I could think to demonstrate more was when setting timing on the T for top dead and O on the cams would have been the relationship of the pistons and valves so you are not 180 out as you correctly said for people to understand. Good work though nice to see a happy 🐇

Thanks for your comments folk's, I do talk a load of tosh at times, like when I said near the end about the Coil bolting under the head nut, obviously I meant condenser lol....and I fannied about way too long with the cam chain getting it equal lengths either side, when in fact I only needed to get it equal right at the end when setting the timing marks. aanyway it was my first time inside a 175 engine so I was pretty much winging it lol.....

That ball bearing in the clutch actuator usually drops out when the housing is removed. I did it on my K4 250 in 1976.... Edit - I did find out 2 days later, not 40 years+
