Honda City vs Skoda Slavia: Ride, Handling & Performance Compared

By popular demand we have two sedans battling it out in today’s test - the Skoda Slavia and the Honda City. The Saliva is coming off the back of a draw against its sibling, the Kushaq. But now it’s time to take on the champion of our cornering test, the City. Some points to keep in mind are that the City we have today is the CVT Petrol while the City Diesel manual was the car that initially impressed around the corner. Also the Slavia that we pitched against the Kushaq was the 1.5 TSI while today we have the 1.0 TSI automatic which is the better match to the City, both in terms of price and performance. Will the smaller engined Slavia fare better around the corner? Will the larger engined City run away from the baby Slavia? We certainly found out.
